A well-known, world-leading asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its APAC Human Resources (HR) team. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, a great team player, attentive to detail, well-organized, and highly sensitive to confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handing general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
Proactive management of Head of HR’s calendar and coordinate meetings and conference calls across the globe
Fielding telephone calls
Monthly reconciliation of expenses including tracking and filing receipts
Organizing internal travel itineraries and coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations for the team
Assisting in the coordination of team events and onsite training events
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of administrative assistant experience in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity, with a proven track record of discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with strong follow-through skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technically savvy in Microsoft suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Familiarity with Concuris preferred
