Our client is a leading company seeking multiple butlers to join their esteemed household. We are looking for candidates for two distinct roles, each focusing on specialized areas: Food & Beverage Management and Household Management. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service and ensure seamless operations within their respective domains.
Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Management
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and attention to detail.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the chef to plan menus, coordinate meal timings, and accommodate dietary preferences and special requests.
Organize and manage dining experiences for family meals, formal dinners, and special occasions, including banquets and parties.
Set up and break down dining areas for events, ensuring an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies, ensuring that all items are well-stocked and of the highest quality.
Provide personalized service to family members and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service equipment.
Household Management
Assist in the overall management of household operations, ensuring efficient functioning and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Supervise and train other household staff members in service protocols and etiquette.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for household maintenance and events.
Help plan and execute special events, including holiday gatherings and celebrations, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
Stay updated on food and beverage trends to enhance service offerings and dining experiences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Butler, F&B manager, or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and presentation (for F&B role).
Experience with event planning and execution, particularly for large gatherings and banquets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and household members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the family’s schedule.
