A reputable financial services firm is currently looking for an Admin Assistant – Maternity Cover to support their finance team. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm, and have excellent communication and organisation skills, alongside proven experience providing support within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to two people within their Finance team
- Manage extremely busy diaries by maintaining calendars and schedules
- Organise global travel arrangements, visas, itineraries and process related expenses
- Co-ordinate meetings, set-up video/audio conferences, and prepare meeting materials
- Liaise with finance team to produce and run financial reports
- Maintain discretion on all confidential matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience supporting finance team
- Fluent English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin speaking skills are a bonus
- Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
- A warm personality with a positive work attitude and willingness to help others
- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel
