Our client, a global marketing and media agency, is seeking a Business Manager & Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite and the broader business team while managing key business operations and projects.
This hybrid role combines high-level executive and administrative support with oversight of multiple parallel project timelines. The ideal candidate will maintain a holistic view of the business, consolidate project statuses, and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the C-suite and the team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the execution of various projects.
Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to the C-suite and other key stakeholders.
Act as the central point of contact for the team to ensure efficient communication and execution of tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a combination of Executive Assistant and operational/business management responsibilities.
Experience in project management or coordination is a strong advantage.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
Fluency in both writing and speaking English is essential.
Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
Outgoing, dynamic, and creative, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Hold a valid HKID card is a must
