Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive business support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Oversee and manage personal and family-related matters, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Coordinate and supervise multiple household staff, ensuring high standards and efficient workflows.
Handle family travel arrangements, event planning, and household logistics.
Act as a key point of contact for both business and personal matters, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
10-15 years in executive assistant roles, preferably in the financial services industry.Proven experience in managing personal and family responsibilities, including oversight of household staff.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
