We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be resourceful and capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
Arrange international and local travel Itineraries
Prepare and organize meetings, including the creation of agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation
Handle personal errands and tasks, such as managing the Chairman's personal schedule, events, and household requirements
Manage special projects and provide support to the Chairman as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting C-Suite level executives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
