Helen Corke

Helen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Charlotte Frank.  Helen started the business in 2012 in Hong Kong and expanded to Singapore in 2015.  She has been recruiting in both Europe and Asia since 2008 and prior to setting up Charlotte Frank, she worked in both the London and Hong Kong offices of Robert Walters.  Since 2010 Helen has specialised in recruiting Business Support and HR professionals in Asia Pacific.  She is also a fully qualified Executive Coach (PCC), working across Asia Pacific to support her key clients, specialising in C-Suite Executives.

​Maria joined Charlotte Frank as Associate Director in 2022, covering both Professional and Financial Services.  Having previously headed up the Operations at Cathay Pacific, Maria has a wealth of experience and has been instrumental in handling senior HR and administration management since 1999.  Maria is proud to be Hong Kong Chinese and is passionate about the importance of a positive attitude.  Following her own example, she inspires others to have the confidence to change career at a later point in life and follow their dreams!

Emily Ramji

Emily is the Chief Operating Officer for Charlotte Frank working closely with Helen Corke to support the strategy and growth of Charlotte Frank within the Asia Pacific region.

Emily has 15 years of experience as a global HR and Operations leader living in the UK, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Her experience includes P&L accountability, establishing new business operations, closing underperforming businesses, global process improvement and people and technology change programs. She has led diverse teams through growth and change with accountability for strategies for staff engagement, development, well-being, retention and reward.

Sneh Chhatwal

​Sneh is the Group HR & Operations Advisor for Elliott Scott Group. Her role encompasses internal HR operations and she is responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS software, BambooHR.

Sneh joined Elliott Scott HR in March 2021 and brings an experience in implementing HR solutions for start-ups, with knowledge of the full spectrum of the HR function.

When not at work Sneh is a doting mother and enjoys a good workout to kick start her day. After taking a career break to look after her daughter, she is happy to be back pursuing her career alongside her family.

Hannah Costen

​Hannah is based in our London office and joined the Elliott Scott Group in 2021 as a Marketing Intern, progressing to Group Marketing Assistant and further to Marketing Executive. Hannah works across the Elliott Scott Group brands and supports our six global offices with their marketing; assisting with social media postings, running Elliott Scott HR’s Instagram that promotes their company culture, content creation, events, email campaigns, podcasts and much more.

Amy Flockhart

​Amy joined the Elliott Scott Group as a Marketing Intern and has since progressed to Group Marketing Assistant based in our London office but assisting the wider global team. She works with the marketing team to create content, social media posts, podcasts, email campaigns and more for all brands associated with the Elliott Scott Group.

Amy studied Fine Art at Lancaster University, graduating in 2021 and is excited to use these skills to add creativity to upcoming campaigns and develop further knowledge about the world of marketing.
