We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with native Mandarin language skills and law firm experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the legal sector, particularly in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in written and spoken English
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within a law firm or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of legal industry trends, practices, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
