Our client, headquartered in the US, is a global institutional investment firm. They are seeking an Investment Coordinator to provide ongoing support to the investment staff in the growing Tokyo office. The employee will primarily focus on assisting with corporate access requests, research and model acquisition, and any ad-hoc projects that the investment teams require. They will also work with the Broker Relations team in helping investment staff liaise with our sell side counterparts in the region. This employee will pay the strictest attention to detail. It is anticipated that the employee will be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management, staff, clients, external partners and regulatory agencies.
In the role of Investment Coordinator, the employee will be responsible for the following:
· Execute on Corporate Access functions; Maintain critical reporting systems within Broker Relations Group
· Provide day to day support for PM and analyst teams: Manage calendar, travel, and expenses.
· Work with compliance on vetting of industry expert meetings and any non-C-level management events.
· Complete ad hoc requests for Broker Relations team including data clean up, conference meeting entry.
· Corporate Access & Sell side meetings.
· Track and highlight all upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, and earnings calls.
· Schedule corporate access and sell side analyst meetings.
· Keep event tracking database up to date with latest meetings and management interactions.
· Schedule management calls for PM teams utilizing company’s systems to invite all relevant parties.
· Request conference meetings, confirm schedules with Broker Relations team.
· Gathering and printing of models, transcriptions, and company presentations
