Our client is an American law firm and they are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (Events) to provide administrative support to the events team and assist in planning and executing various firm events. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations.
Assist with data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure accurate records.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room setup and necessary arrangements.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist with administrative tasks related to human resources, such as onboarding support and documentation.
Support colleagues and teams as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
Adapt to changing priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2 years of relevant experience or above, preferably in the legal or professional services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Passion for events and willingness o contribute to event coordination.
Flexibility to work varied hour as needed.
