A global financial investment firm is searching for a resourceful and adaptable Team Assistant to support their business teams and oversee the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves and confident with working autonomously whilst juggling varying demands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive business support to team of 8-10 people
Calendar/Diary Management
Meeting arrangements
Handle travel arrangements and itinerary scheduling
Handle office administration functions
Maintain the filing system and contact database
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role
Preference for candidates with background in Financial or Professional Services
Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
Reliable and capable of working independently
Proactive with ability to think on your feet and solve problems
