Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional demeanour.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Arrange lunch and catering for meetings and events.
Manage the office floor plan and coordinate workspace assignments.
Set up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
Maintain an organized reception area and manage office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support the office team with additional duties as required.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
