Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of monthly management reports, including but not limited to inter-office transactions, monthly provisions, and necessary financial adjustments.
Oversee month-end, year-end, and audit schedules and reconciliations.
Aid in the annual audit and tax reporting processes.
Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
Help manage expenses and oversee disbursement postings.
Assist with individual tax reporting and administration related to secondments.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
University graduate with strong academic performance, majoring in accounting and finance; pursuing or having completed professional accounting examinations.
Over 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within law firms or professional services.
Familiarity with Elite 3E and Chrome River is a plus.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
High integrity, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Capable of maintaining accuracy and adhering to standards and policies within the team.
Responsive, a good team player, and proactive in learning and taking on additional responsibilities.
Proficient in Excel and Word, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
