Our client, a family office in Hong Kong are seeking a a superb Personal/Executive Assistant. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a busy calendar of meetings, conference calls, and events.
Provide administrative and secretarial support.
Act as a ‘gatekeeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation.
Prepare and arrange travel itineraries, visa, hotel, and car reservations
Support with interesting projects on the side.
Handle personal matters and related scheduling.
Process expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Manage the filling system and maintain discretion on any confidential information
Be flexible and willing to work outside of normal office working hours from time to time
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a varied PA/EA role
Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
