Our client is a fine jeweller company , they are currently seeking an experienced PR & Marketing Officer to help strategize marketing ideas into concrete action plans and maximize the exposure.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Management to develop strategic directions and marketing approaches for each event and campaign, and translating creative ideas into actionable plans for effective execution.
Maximizing the company's visibility through digital and traditional marketing campaigns; creating engaging content for online and offline platforms, such as social media, advertising, and publications, as well as monitoring their performance for timely reporting.
Proofreading and reviewing all published materials, including press releases, newsletters, and video content.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, public relations, and media contacts, to ensure smooth operations.
Working closely with the in-house design team to keep the company's website and social media platforms up-to-date, concise, and error-free.
Assisting with daily operations, such as handling inquiries from social media platforms and efficiently archiving media coverage.
Managing the online store.
Providing video and photo editing services, as well as event photography and videography as required.
Completing any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Marketing.
4 or more years of proven experience in handling social media, print media, and website content; managing influencers, public relations, and media contacts, etc.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable multi-tasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
Able to work under pressure with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Positive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, website management, and Google Analytics.
Immediate availability would be an advantage.
