A high-net-worth family based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support in maintaining a smooth and efficient household. The family values high standards of service and professionalism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing household staff, ensuring a high standard of support for household matters. Additionally, this role includes providing personal assistant support to the Principal who has high expectations and demands.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage household staff to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate schedules and activities for the family.
Providepersonal assistantsupport to the Principle, including managing correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism within the household.
Address any household-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role managing household matters, preferably with prior experience in supporting senior executives in high-pressure environments or international law firms.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
High integrity and honesty in all dealings.
Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
Singapore Citizen or PR is a must.
