Our client is a leading global investment firm with a strong presence in the APAC region, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistantto support the Head of Asia who leads business of the firm in APAC.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive, including managing a complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones (5+), and ensuring priorities are met.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up notes for internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and manage complex travel itineraries, accommodating frequent last-minute changes, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Act as the gatekeeper for emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and managing priorities effectively.
Relationship Liaise with internal teams, external partners, clients, and investors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Coordinate logistics for key client and investor meetings, conferences, and events in the APAC region.
Track and process expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Maintain organized records, files, and documents while assisting with ad hoc projects as required.
Anticipate the needs of the senior executive and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or administrative challenges.
Requirements
10-15 years in executive assistant roles, preferably in the reputable banks or PE firms.Proven experience in managing personal and family responsibilities, including oversight of household staff.
Nearly-native proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and CRM systems, with a strong ability to adapt to and embrace new technologies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
Must hold a valid HKID card.Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
