Emily is the Chief Operating Officer for Charlotte Frank working closely with Helen Corke to support the strategy and growth of Charlotte Frank within the Asia Pacific region. 

Emily’s career has spanned the UK, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong where she held a variety of HR and Consulting roles for global multinationals including Fujitsu and Mercer. Emily has strong project and change management experience coupled with subject matter expertise in talent management, leadership development and human capital consulting. 

Emily graduated from The University of Sheffield with a first class Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. Emily also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from The University of Westminster, London.
