We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Trading Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role involves managing trading activities, supporting customer inquiries, and coordinating with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication.
Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional support services.
Overseeing trading activities, including order management, purchase orders, and documentation (e.g., proforma invoices, packing lists).
Coordinating logistics for products between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
Maintaining accurate records of transactions and financial documentation.
Assisting with product pricing in line with transfer pricing policies.
Gathering and documenting market intelligence to support trading operations.
Supporting the General Manager with trading decisions and contributing to profitable business growth.
Requirements
Experience working in international trading or manufacturing companies, particularly in multicultural environments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Experience working on complex multi-party projects and regulated markets.
A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Sciences will be an advantage)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.
A valid HKID card holder is a MUST.
