Our client is a global leader in the property and infrastructure sector. They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and a passion for design to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative concepts for marketing materials, investor presentations, and branding initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital formats.
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and materials, particularly in investor communications.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep the creative output fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
