A leading Asian Tycoon with global businesses is currently seeking an exceptionally high caliber and committed Business Development Director to manage broad strategic plans from top management and turn them into operational blueprints with specific objectives and programs for execution. The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively with the Tycoon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Spearhead, lead and manage strategic initiatives/projects in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee project deliverables and outcomes.
Compulsory and frequent travel along with Senior Executives.
Heavy meeting scheduling and participation
Strong initiative to being open to all areas of Business, Social Media Marketing, and Senior Executive’s personal matters.
Oversee communication and all other aspects of marketing/social media channels.
Collaborate deliverables with teams for cohesiveness.
Respond and deal with ad-hoc requests in a professional, and confidential manner.
Review, track and maintain documents; following-up to obtain information, as necessary.
Maintain discretion on all confidential matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Energetic, with ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments with strong leadership quality.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Fluent, Native Mandarin is a must, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Responsive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to anticipate needs or problems, think "outside of the box" and proactively offer solutions
Detail minded with ability to prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
