Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage facilities to provide a safe, secure, and efficient working environment for all employees.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and executive teams.
Coordinate and manage office operations, focusing on improving productivity and employee satisfaction.
Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads, to align administrative strategies with business goals.
Monitor and manage budgets related to administrative functions, facilities, and office management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Analyze and report on administrative performance metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administration, office management, or related fields, preferably within sizeable companies or MNCs.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Native Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational efficiency through strategic initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Experience in budget management and financial oversight related to administrative functions.
Proficiency in office management software and tools, with a keen interest in adopting new technologies to improve processes.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
