Our client is an international lifestyle group and they are now looking for a dynamic and reliable Executive Assistant with excellent organisational and communication skills. Teamwork, positivity, and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Providing administrative and project support as needed
Preparing presentations, reports and other documents
Ensuring deadlines are met by following up proactively
Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic records
Handling phone calls, emails and daily correspondence
Working closely with management teams across local and overseas offices
Assisting with ad hoc projects and special requests
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded academic institution
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess a global mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Remain calm under pressure while expertly managing multiple tasks
Display a cheerful and helpful attitude
Roll up their sleeves to tackle any task
Work meticulously with great attention to detail
Fresh graduates with necessary qualifications and skills are welcome
