Our client is a Top Tier Luxury Brand, and they are seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, good judgement in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and able to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
Executive Assistant Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist in project management and tracking progress on various initiatives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Office Manager Duties:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
