Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with a keen attention to detail.
Handle the general office administration to ensure a smooth daily operations in the office.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.
Proactively identify and address operational and administrative needs to optimize team efficiency.
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
10-12 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Concur.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure.
