Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of entities, including maintaining full sets of books, processing daily payments, handling accounting vouchers, and conducting bank reconciliations.
· Prepare month-end closings, financial schedules, reports, and tax computations.
· Ensure the accurate, timely, and insightful documentation, reporting, and analysis of financial data, meeting management's evolving needs.
· Contribute to the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and support interim and annual audits.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like banks, auditors, and professional bodies to streamline daily accounting procedures.
· Uphold compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and tax requirements governing financial reporting and taxation.
· Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data.
· Fulfil other assigned ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, tax, or audit roles.
· Membership in HKICPA/ACCA or an equivalent professional body.
· Exposure to Trust Accounting is a valuable asset.
· Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, preferably with familiarity in using Flex and CCH.
· Strong team player with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
· Hong Kong residency is a must
