We are looking for someone with a background in luxury retail, ideally with experience in bridal fashion, who can provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
Deliver personalized and professional service to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
Assist brides in selecting their perfect wedding gown, tailoring recommendations to their needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Manage and organize appointments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
Previous sales experience in luxury brands is required. Experience in a bridal shop is highly preferred.
Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to serve our diverse clientele.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with great attention to detail.
Professionalism: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in handling high-end clients.
HK Resident is a must.
