This firm is seeking a junior Marketing Associate with basic accounting knowledge to join our dynamic team. This role offers an attractive bonus structure and comprehensive medical benefits, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with investors to manage intricate calendars and schedule meetings across various time zones
Conduct research and prepare materials for investor meetings
Manage travel arrangements and expense claims for investors
Support the Manager in finance and accounting tasks
Assist with general day-to-day office administrative duties
Help with staff onboarding/offboarding procedures
Keep clients' records up-to-date in the CRM system
Arrange logistics for local and overseas roadshows
Requirements
Possess good academic qualifications with at least 2 years of administrative support experience
Excellent Korean or Japanese language skills are an advantage
Experience in accounting is essential
Exhibit an ultimate ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail with great problem-solving abilities
Display exceptional interpersonal skills and be a flexible team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficient in using spreadsheets and possess advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be a holder of a valid HKID card
