Our client is a leading provider of legal services for businesses and individuals. With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, they are looking to expand their marketing team to enhance their visibility and outreach in the market.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) with marketing communications and event management.
Ensure accuracy and engagement of online presence, including website and social media profiles.
Draft press releases and social media content related to practice activities and events.
Coordinate and create promotional materials (brochures, contact cards, etc.).
Identify relevant conferences and seminars for participation and sponsorship.
Manage logistics for events, including invitations, supplier selection, and on-site support.
Champion the CRM database, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
Facilitate client feedback activities and record value-added interactions.
Support the production of relationship reports and capability statements for clients.
Assist in new business development by updating market credentials and supporting pitch processes.
Maintain databases related to fee quotes, deal lists, and team member bios.
Monitor and report on budgets related to marketing and business development.
Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support business initiatives.
Participate in global projects run by the BD and marketing function.
Perform additional tasks or projects as requested by the line manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform decision-making
Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with offshore legal services is a plus
