A reputable international law firm is currently seeking an Office Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for effectively managing office operations, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all Operations functions in the office.
Manage supplier and third-party relationships, including negotiations, service level agreements, and problem resolution.
Oversee the office's international Operations' obligations, compliance with standards, and cooperation with other firm offices.
Manage facilities and premises, including procurement of supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Administer general insurances, contract review with external contractors, and oversee operational services.
Coordinate regional operations to provide guidance, training, and support to the operations team.
Plan and allocate resources for general services staff.
Manage office operations policies and procedures in compliance with global standards
Develop business plans, resources and budgets for Operations, monitor actual spend, and reforecast.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Excellent presentation skills.
Minimum 7 years of experience in an Office Administration and/or Operations role within professional services.
Experience in managing and supervising sizable teams and working with senior stakeholders.
Strong MS Office skills and good overall IT literacy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
