We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational functions of a prestigious law firm. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for managing a diverse operations team while ensuring the efficient delivery of services that support the firm's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise an operations team, including administrative officers, receptionists, office assistants, messengers, and support staff.
Assist the COO in developing and implementing operational strategies for global and regional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Draft and review standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Execute initiatives aimed at improving compliance and overall team performance.
Assist with internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Partner with HR and other departments to coordinate training and development programs.
Organize company events and activities to foster team collaboration.
Manage office renovations and space planning as required.
Undertake various ad-hoc tasks and projects to support operational objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, and operational strategy development.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
