A prominent and respected family office in Hong Kong is looking for a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Lady and the family member(s). A successful candidate should be proactive, exceptionally detail-oriented and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
· Manage the Lady’s calendar and the daily family’s schedules
· Manage the household matters of the family’s properties in the UK and Hong Kong
· Monitor expenses and payment settlements with the accountant
· Coordinate with the relevant parties on the day-to-day operations and personal matters for the Lady
· Handle professional correspondences in an efficient manner
· Work outside office hours as needed
Requirements
· Minimum 10 years’ PA experience in a sizeable family office
· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
· Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook
· Knowledge of bookkeeping is an advantage
· Good multi-tasking with prioritisation and time management skills
· Be proactive and collaborative
