As an HR Administrator specializing in recruitment at our Hedge Fund based in Hong Kong, you will primarily focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for our organization. Your role will be pivotal in providing admin support to the Manager
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage feedback from interview panels.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators to optimize the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the employer brand through innovative recruitment strategies and engagement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial industry or hedge funds.
Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and familiarity with Hong Kong labour laws.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
Languages: Proficiency in English & Cantonese; and Mandarin is a plus.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and team members.
